My Approach

RP , M.A., CCC

Hello, Bonjour!

I’m a master’s level counsellor and a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and Nova Scotia.

I spent my childhood in France and moved to Canada to pursue my professional career. After a long calling, working in the corporate world and being a mental health ambassador, I have decided to resume my studies and focus on my practice.

I specialize and am interested in Grief and Trauma and hold Perinatal Mental Health certifications.

I have also obtained a micro-credential that enables me to prepare a sample report that the judges can use to determine fair sentences. As an assessor, I provide clinical recommendations that take into account how anti-Black racism has affected a client's interaction with the criminal justice system as well as the consequences for their whole life trajectory. I use case studies and other resources to evaluate a client's psychosocial development.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my lovely family; I love portrait photography, cooking, travelling and working on my personal writing creative projects.
