A Space to Land
Black Women:
grief, life transition, memory & identity
A grounding workshop, in an intimate circle of four women. One morning to lay down what you carry, through movement, storytelling, and the memory held in the body. Built from my in-depth research on grief.
This is not group therapy. It is a rooted, psychoeducational space, designed for Black women moving through grief, transition, or identity rebuilding.
Saturday, August 22, 2026. 3.5 hours, in person in Ottawa. Limited spots.
A short conversation precedes each registration.
